JOBS 2/18/2025

I continue to be amused by the JOB market and our business when successful coaches are let go due to the administration's desire to head in a "hot" different direction. Laughable really. Makes me glad that I don't have to worry about such these days. There was a time when coaches were hired to teach, mold, and lead young people. They were hired as teachers first and if they did their job and the kids behaved and played hard, that was enough. Yeah, you had to win, but that wasn't the end all be all. Anyway enough yelling at the clouds for me.

Season 5 dropped this morning and Episode 2 with Coach Charles Winslette will drop Thursday. If you want to know, learn, remember, or discover the roots of Georgia High School football coaching, you need to listen to the LEGENDS series. All 25 will be LEGENDS or future LEGENDS and will tell stories about people that you may have heard of, but these guys were their contemporaries.
